No more Instant Seasoning. Handmade Ground Beef for Tacos 自分でタコスミート☆

2 or 3 portion
200g Ground beef (牛挽き)
1/2 tsp Garlic powder or 1 tsp freshly grated garlic (小さじ1/2 ガーリックパウダーか小さじ1おろしニンニク)
1/2 tsp Cumin powder (小さじ1/2 クミンパウダー)
1/2 tsp Chili powder (小さじ1/2 チリパウダー)
Salt & black pepper to taste (塩胡椒 少々)
1 Tbsp Ketchup, I love using Heinz Hot ketchup :) (大さじ1 ケチャップ 私はハインツのホットケチャップ!)

Your favorite vegetables for Tacos------
1 large Tomato, cut into dice (大1 トマト: さいの目切り)
1 medium Onion, minced (中1 玉ねぎ: 粗みじん切り)
3 layers Lettuce, cut into stripes (3枚 レタス: 5mm強幅に細切り)
Salsa sauce (お好みのサルサソース)
4 Tacos shells or Tortillas (4枚前後 タコスシェルかトルティーヤ)

How to Cook: 

Heat a large pan at medium heat, dump ground beef, add in garlic powder, cumin, chili, salt, pepper, and ketchup. 
Keep on chopping the beef into tiny pieces while mixing up all the seasoning evenly. 
When it's no more pink in the meat, let it cook for 3 minutes to thicken. 
Even if it tastes a little too salty right now, it gives a good punch when all veggies, salsa, and the meat are wrapped in. If it tastes not good enough yet, add some salt and pepper.
