Already 2 weekends ago. I can't believe how fast time flies.
On 14th., 15th., and 16th. November, we had the biggest events of the year welcoming the founder of our company and his scientists who support our products for pre opening of its international subsidiary of Japan, not just Japanese branch. That is such an honor.
We had a reception party on 14th., the biggest, most important one that is a convention on 15th., and on 16th., a leader training to accelerate our business and boost their motivation.
Despite months of preparation, unexpected happenings and unpredictable requests from VIP guests which are from Germany made us run in the party and convention halls, drive back and forth between our office and the event buildings by taxi.
もう2週間前。時間の経過の早さには驚きます。
今月14日、15日、16日にドイツから創立者と彼率いる我が社の科学者たちを迎え今年の最大行事が開催されました。
日本に、現在の日本社としての形でなく、国際部としての会社をオープンしようという計画が現実化してきていて、それをお祝いし、今後のビジネスをより加速すべく創立者たちが講演会をするものでした。
初日の14日は前夜祭といった形でパーティが渋谷であり、15日はコンベンション、16日はミーティング。私たちスタッフは何週間も前から開催、イベント経営の準備をしていましたが、実際当日になるともちろん予期せぬこともバンバン起こりますから会場内走り回ったりオフィスと会場のタクシーでの往復は避けられませんでしたね。

This is Tokyo Midtown with nice Christmas decoration. This building stand just right behind our office and it has an access to Ritz Carlton hotel where our VIP guests from Germany stay.
Thanks to easy access between our office and the hotel and between the hotel and event halls, working in Roppongi isn't bad at all.
こちらは東京ミッドタウン。クリスマスデコレーションが今見物ですね。
私たちのオフィスがすぐ近くで、ミッドタウン隣にリッツカールトンホテルがあるのでいつもドイツからのVIPゲストはリッツに宿泊されてます。
オフィスからホテルまでと、近隣の会場までのアクセスも六本木なら楽なので、なかなかいい立地条件下でお仕事できているんだな、と感じます。
No photos allowed me to take during the events. But I got to be an important roll as a translator and to guide and help the guests.
Being with them speaking in English and German makes me feel confident and motivated. (and I want more languages to speak in.)
It makes me want more travels to overseas, try many kinds of jobs, explore the world to see people and culture.
Nobody said it's easy.
But the harder the work is, the more experience you get and it's so valuable.

イベント中は全く写真撮れませんでした。でも通訳としてVIPゲストと行動を共に出来て光栄でした。ホテルから会場までの送迎と会食での通訳。
2言語を使いながら彼らと一緒にいれる時間は私にもっと自信を与えてくれるし、モチベーションを保つのにすごく貴重な瞬間です。
こんな時間を過ごした後は、もっと色んな国を旅行し、色んな仕事に就き、たくさんの人に出会いたいなと思ったりします。
誰も簡単だなんて言わなかった。
だけど仕事がキツくなればなるだけ、経験出来るものは増えるし価値のあるものになる。
走り抜けた3日間、夢のような時間に感謝。
