I used this recipe.
This cake was simply amazing. I made it for tea time of my birthday which was 13th. Perfect one for you who love chocolate and chewy sweets, and care about calories & fat. As she says on the blog I used, it came out wonderful and gives plenty of gooey texture with only a little amount of butter and flour. It's so easy to make and satisfying to enjoy.
The cake has a crunchy crust on top and so gooey inside. You should give it a try!
25g plain flour (小麦粉 25g)
15g unsalted butter (無塩バター 15g)
4 eggs (卵4個)
200g caster sugar (砂糖 200g)
1 tsp vanilla essence (バニラエッセンス 小さじ1)
150g dark chocolate (70% cocoa & best quality chocolate you can get hold of: ビターチョコ150g)
50ml water (水 50ml)
50g almonds powder (アーモンドプードル50g)
1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Break the chocolate into pieces and put into a small bowl together with the butter and water. Melt the chocolate in the hot water bath. Stir gently till smooth. Remove from water and cool for 10 mins.
オーブンを180度に予熱する。チョコレートを割って小さいボウルに入れたら水・バターと一緒に湯煎で溶かす。時々ヘラで混ぜて滑らかになったらお湯から出して10分冷ます。
2: Blend the sugar very fine.
ブレンダーで砂糖をめっちゃ細かくする。出来が全然違ってくる。
3: In a large mixing bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla essence together with a mixer for about 3 mins until the mixture becomes very light and fluffy.
大きいボウルに卵・砂糖・バニラエッセンスを入れてミキサーで3分程度、生地がふっくらするまでよく混ぜる。
4: Add the flour and ground almond into the egg sugar mixture, mix with a wooden spoon. Then gradually add in the melted chocolate and mix through.
小麦粉とアーモンドパウダーを生地に混ぜる。ゴムべらか木のヘラで空気を混ぜ込むようにする。ハンドミキサーは厳禁。
で、少しずつ溶かしたチョコレートを加えていく。
5: Pour the cake mixture into the cake tin and bake for 30-40 mins.
When baked, place a wooden stick in the middle of the cake, if it comes out easily almost clean, this is ready.
型に流し込んで30~40分焼く。爪楊枝を刺して何もついて来ないようだったらok.
