This may be a random post but I wanted to share here what I have cooked ;). My cook really really isn't that good and some look not so delicious but it all tasted yummy. I do love to eat (sometime I keep eating all day lol) and to cook. Colors are very important (they say Color is also a part of taste, right?) and so is the balance of ingredients. My mom never failed to cook 3 times a day even though she worked for 15 hours a day (from 8am to 5pm, and 8pm to 2am,). Since I moved to Germany I officially started to cook and realized how difficult to cook different meals everyday from all fresh vegetables, meat, and spices and seasonings. And at the same time now I really am appreciating my mom's work and have been touched by how hard she worked on everything. She's is my inspiration and goal, and I can say she's the No.1 mom in this world :)
ドイツに来てから作った料理、スナック類を載せるよ ;) そんなに上手じゃないけどシェアしたくて作ったランダムポスト。食べることがほんとに好きでオフの日は丸一日食べてたりするけどね笑 料理をするのに色は重要。(色も味の内って言うでしょ?)あともちろん材料のバランス。お母さんは一日15時間働いたって家族のために3食作ることは欠かさなかったし、時間がないときはしっかり作り置きしてくれたりしてたから、自分が料理するようになってどれだけ大変だったかわかるようになった。毎日違うものを作るとか相手(家族)が飽きないようにレパートリー考えたりとか、当たり前のことが結構大変で毎日色々学んでる。こっちに来てからかなり尊敬するようになったなー。お母さんは今私のインスピレーションであり、存在としてのゴール :)

Dies ist mal kein modischer post aber ich wollte euch mal zeigen was ich so in den letzten Wochen gekocht habe. Meine Kochkünste sind vielleicht nicht so gut und einige Gerichte sehen vielleicht auch nicht so gut aus, aber ich kann euch versprechen alles hat lecker geschmeckt. Ich liebe essen ( manchmal esse ich den ganzen Tag haha ) und kochen. Farben spielen dabei ja auch eine Rolle, oder? Genauso ist das auch mit den Zutaten. Meine Mutter hat mindestens dreimal für uns am Tag gekocht auch wenn sie 15 Stunden arbeiten musste ( von 8 bis 17 Uhr und von 20 bis 2 Uhr). Seitdem ich nach Deutschland gezogen bin habe ich offiziell angefangen zu Kochen. Da merkte ich wie schwierig es ist jeden Tag frische Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten und das auch noch mit frischem Gemüse, Fleisch und Gewürzen. Jetzt danke ich meiner Mutter für ihre Kochkünste und merke wie hart sie doch jeden Tag für uns gearbeitet hat. Sie ist mein grosses Vorbild und ich kann wirklich sagen sie ist die beste Mutter der Welt :)
